tcs system solution

detector of slurry (dsa)
pulp ash content on-line analyzer (dsa) is developed by meiteng, which utilizes optical ash detecting ash content value. dsa can switch to test flotation feed, clean coal and tailing, and transmit data to system in whole produce process.
ash detector of x-ray (dxa)

01lingxin tds project
in this project tds used for 200-70(50)mm lump coal preparation. and this one is a three product tds. tds works with dense medium vessel (dmv) to realize 200-6mm preparation. reject material from tds will be ejected to far-end chute, lump coal fall down directly into near-end chute, and middlings be ejected with relatively less energy, to middle position chute.
02haerwusu project (three product)
the project locates in dalad banner baotou city of inner mongolia. one tds10-100 is used to improve coal quality for lump coal by the way of ejecting coal, which has been in operation in december 2017.
03jinke’er tds intelligent dry separation project
the project is in shanxi province, which is a pithead coal preparation plant with 1.8mt/a. tds replace existing hand cleaning process for the existing 2# separation plant. one tds18-305 was used for the project which has been run in august 2017.
